In order to maintain the performance of your Kia, we suggest checking the Engine Oil, Brakes and Filters during your scheduled service. You can find more information and advice in your Kia owner’s manual.

Your new Kia Your Kia will receive a full service history enhancing your resale value and packages are transferable to the new owner if you decide to sell your Kia.

Kia trained technicians will only use Kia Genuine Parts, and state of the art service tools and diagnostic equipment installed at our service bay. Service Plans
Kia offers a 5 year unlimited Kilometer warranty/ service plan for all new vehicles and details are available through our sales team during purchase and any time after sale through our service department.

Customers with vehicles older than 5 years are encouraged to take advantage of our Plus5 Service plan that is tailored to save you money while offering the same parts guarantee, same quality service, same customer experience at affordable prices especially for you

Parts
During your Kia ownership you may need to replace a part and when that happens we recommend using Kia Genuine Parts that are engineered to precise, original standards and specifications of the vehicle. This eliminates the risk brought about by Non genuine parts that are often less reliable leading to more frequent replacement and unnecessary labor costs. Furthermore, Non-genuine parts may compromise the performance of your Kia, and/or also invalidate your warranty. Kia Genuine Parts are available at our service Centre in Mbabane at competitive prices and access to our Kia Trained Technicians and Service Centre for correct fitting of the parts.
All Kia Genuine Parts are covered by a 2 year warranty and more information about our warranty is available through our sales team.
